St. Mary's is the parish church of the village of Hartfield in the Diocese of Chichester. 

This beautiful 13th. century church is home to a congregation which seeks to combine traditional worship with a forward looking approach within the Anglican Communion.

News

the Harvest is growing in 2010

We have been reviewing our annual Harvest celebrations recently and will be adding a Sunday Harvest Luncheon at both churches, in addition to the usual decoration and flower festivities. Information will appear in the magazine soon but there will be a 'Harvest season' in the Joint Benefice beginning with Sunday 26th September in Harfield and ending on Sunday 3rd October in Holy Trinity, Coleman's Hatch. There will be a special Easy Space (cafe church) at noon on 26th, to fit in with the luncheon and the following Sunday will mean that Coleman's Hatch is decorated for Choral Evensong. The shrewd members of the benefice will realise that they will be able to have TWO free lunches!
